mabye about 20minute?
house and all hostages(except one guy) touch on their noses with index finger and last guy who don't touch his nose selected for shot.
I can't understand that behavior I mean touching their noses.
What is that? Is that a some kind of game or what?
sorry for this silly question but I'm not a american. I'm just an asian guy.
someboday help me!

Oh its pretty simple :)

When someone has to do something that is less than desirable people do this thing where they touch their noses to indicate that they don't want to do it. The last person to touch their nose has to perform the deed.

It's a game. Whoever touches their nose last has to do whatever it is (in that case I believe it was taking a drug). I cracked up when House did that because we do that at my house all the time to see who has to do a certain chore or something. :-)
