The remaining days passed as fast as they had come. The pack was slow and daunting because both knew that what had happened on that yacht would never be mentioned again.
Greg continued eyeing up Lisa, dressed in knee length jeans with layered singlets and a thick jacket draped over her arm. Greg, however, wore his usual jeans, sneaker and a t-shirt.
Before they disembarked the yacht, Lisa pulled out a small digital camera.
"Kiss me, Greg," she ordered and as he pressed his lips to hers she caught the image.
Even after the photo was taken, a violent game slowly began to erupt-becoming more of the WW III of the tounges. Greg finally broke the kiss, curious and oxygen deprived.
"Why didn't you tell me you had a camera?"
"Who knows what you would have done with it,"
He winked at her, a smirk spreading over both their faces.
"One more? Please?" she pleaded.
Greg wrapped his arms around her in a bear hug and planted a kiss to her cheek; she snapped another photo.
"Email them to me," he whispered into her ear.
"If I find them around the hospital..."she trailed off giving him his warning.
"...you'll give me more clinic, I know,"
"No-I'll fire you,"
"Oh wouldn't you love to do that!" he smiled with glee, "Then our little midnight escapades can continue,"
Lisa glared at him but his eyes gave him away-he was only joking-she knew she could trust him with this; she'd trusted him with just about everything else.
Continuing to gaze into his eyes, she saw the sadness flood his eyes when they had finished packing and were about to disembark. Neither of them wanted this to end, they'd gotten in too deep. They didn't want to let go of their newly found happiness and Lisa certainly didn't want to say goodbye to Greg...

I was reading up on opiate withdrawal and apparently you can go through withdrawal not just to stop taking the drug, Vicodin in House’s case, but to reduce the amount you’re taking.
So in House’s case, like Wilson said; his Vicodin levels where way to high and so the only option was to let his body recover and reduce it’s need for that amount it got everyday.
Therefore, the next morning when he was seemingly better; it was because of the extreme cold-turkeyness that House used to reduce his levels of Vicodin in order for his hallucination of Amber to go away. So I don’t think it was a hallucination, because he hasn’t quit Vicodin, he has only reduced the amount he takes within the space of a horrible 24 hour detox. His body no longer craves the Vicodin every hour or so like before.
Short and simple :)
