Tori's POV:
I smile at Louis. We've devoured the box of pizza. I've learned so much about him. "What about you?" he asks me. "What?" I ask, slightly embarrassed I forgot the question. Louis smiled. "What's your middle name?" I blush. "Catherine." Louis leans his head back. "Tori Catherine Night." I grin. "My friends call me 'Cat' too." Louis stared at me.
"Am I a friend?" he whispered. I sat in silence. "Yes." I answer safely. "Am I more than one?" he pressed. I look at him. Those big sea green eyes were staring at me. "I don't know yet." I say softly, smiling. He brings his head closer to me and kisses my cheek. "Let me know when you do."
He looks away and I sigh to myself. I wish you were Niall. I wish I was with him right now. I want to be more than friends with him. You're great, but I want Niall, I thought sadly. I looked at my phone. "Oh wow." I said. It was later than I thought it was. "It's midnight already." Louis looks at me. "We should get back. You're probably tired."
I nod and unintentionally let out a yawn. "Yes, and Louis... thank you. This was a great first date." He smiles and I hug him. "Good night, Tori." I head towards the stairs. "Night, Louis."
I open our door slowly. "Tori!!!" exclaimed Nikki. I should have known she would wait up for me. She'd want the details. "Tell me everything!" I smiled and sat on the bed. "Well..." I slowly poured out everything.
Niall's POV:
Louis walked into the room. Harry and Liam looked at me. Zayn was asleep. "Hey," I said. "How was your date?" Liam watched me. He knew I was forcing that question. "It was amazing,lads. I learned so much about her." I closed my eyes. "And you're crazy about her?" asked Harry. "Of course, nimrod!" Liam laughed.
I got up and went in the kitchen. I could hear bits and pieces of the conversation. "...Her middle name...Yeah....Nickname is Cat....she is really honest and funny....cares about..." I close my eyes and sit on the floor alone.
You should have said something, idiot! Now she's not a possibility! Why didn't you say anything? Argh! I brought my hands to my face and left them there. This could not get worse.
"I'm going to ask her to be my girl soon." says Louis. I lean my head back. "Well, I guess it can." I whisper bitterly. "You know...likes her too." I stand up. No. Liam did not just say that. "Niall does?" Louis exclaims. "Yeah."
I run up to my room and lock the door. "Why's it so complicated!" I say to a pillow. I flop on the bed and stare at the ceiling. I groan and put the pillow over my head. I wish I had you, I thought.
