It was a beautiful morning, the birds were tweeting and the sun was rising. Bloom had a dream, in the dream she was being called by Daphne:
"Bloom," Daphne said, as she circled around her sister, elegantly, her wispy body only inches from the ground. "Bloom, the Trix have gotten stronger, you need to save Magix from their wrath, you must earn Bloomix!"
"But Daphne," Bloom started, even though she saw her sister disappearing. "Daphne, what is Bloomix? How do we earn it? Daphne!" Flora saw that Bloom was stirring from her slumber and tried to calm her by singing a lullaby. It didn't work and Bloom jolted awake.
"Huh? Daphne! Bloomix!" Bloom said, still thinking she was consumed in a dream.
"No sweetie, it's just me!" Flora giggled. "Are you alright? I heard you call out in your dreams!" Flora said, sounding worried.
"Oh Flora, it's just you. Phew," Bloom adjusted her position to face Flora. "Yes I'm okay, but I had a dream; Daphne called me and said the Trix have gotten stronger and we need the next power, Bloomix!" Flora nodded in acknowledgement. "I wonder how we earn it."
"Yes," Flora started, "but I do think we should go back to sleep, I don't want to wake anybody up."
"Too late," Stella came in rubbing her eyes, "I was having a really good dream, I was going shoe shopping with Brandon! Oh Brandon, I miss him so much." Stella sat on the end of Bloom's bed but soon got up. "Maybe I should call him."
"Stella, I don't think that is a great idea, it's early in the morning and I'm sure you wouldn't want to wake him." Flora tried reasoning with Stella.
"Oh yeah, true. I'll call him later then." Bloom let out a sigh.
"Guys, what should I do about my dream?" Stella's head perked up.
"What was he dream about? Ooh shoes, if it was, then you must tell me exactly all the details. Don't leave any details out." Stella seemed more awake now but was about to be let down by her best friend; Bloom.
"Sorry Stella, my dream wasn't about shoes or fashion. Daphne was there. Oh Daphne! She told me news I really didn't want to hear. The Trix have gotten stronger and we need to acquire Bloomix, the next transformation." Bloom said, worry written all over her face.
"Ah, wow a step-up from Enchantix? I wonder what type of shoes you wear, heels? Pumps?" Stella's attention was back again and now focused on this new power the Winx needed to receive.
"Stella, it's not all about the shoes," Flora interrupted.
"But," Stella started, "wait, did you hear that? I hear something coming closer. Ahhh," she screamed, "what was that, it's coming closer and closer!"
"Ugh," Tecna groaned, "you woke us all up, including the pixies!" Tecna said, as she also came to crowd around Bloom.
"Oh," Stella giggled nervously "it was just Tecna."
"Oh no! We're waking everybody up," Flora said in her usual sweet voice.
"So what? You woke me up," Stella said in her usual snobby voice.
"Stella! It does matter we have to embrace the few weeks of holiday we have. Once they're up we have to wake up early!" Flora replied.
"Not my beauty sleep!" Stella suddenly remembered.
"Oh Stella!" Flora responded.
"Tecna would you like to hear the dream I had?" Tecna nodded and walked closer to Bloom's bed. Bloom sat up. She reiterated the dream she had and Tecna looked up.
"Shall I call the others to hear your dream?" Both Flora, Bloom and Stella nodded, and Tecna called Musa and Layla. They both came over and joined the crowd, Bloom told the others the dream Bloom had and Musa responded.
"I think we should research it today."
"But it will take forever to find," Bloom didn't look too convinced.
"Why don't we start looking in about a week's time?" Tecna suggested. Bloom seemed confused.
"Why a week?" Bloom asked.
"Because my phone would have finished it's very long update by then." Tecna said simply.
"Yeah, well I definitely know what to do in the mean time!" Stella hinted.
"What's that then?" Bloom asked, unsure.
"SHOPPING!" Stella shouted.
"Oh Stella!" The whole of the Winx club said in unison. The Winx club then proceeded to do things they would normally get on with until later on that day. Stella was searching frantically for her mobile phone.
"Where is my phone?" Stella screeched. Bloom walked up to Stella and handed Stella a mobile.
"Here, use mine," Bloom said, with a smile on her face.
"Oh thank you Bloom! I'm glad we're best friends!" Stella hugged her best friend, "you totally saved my life!" Stella then dialed Brandon's number and put the phone to her ear.
"Hey sweetie," Stella squeaked.
"Hey honey, I really have to go, bye!" Brandon quickly hung up the phone. Stella slammed Bloom's phone on the table next to her. Bloom came rushing in.
"Stella? Stella?" Bloom started. "Stella I heard you talking to Brandon but then you slammed my phone on this table here. Is everything alright?"
"Oh, I'm sorry is your phone okay?" Bloom walked over to the table and nodded, she then gestured for Stella to continue her story. "Brandon hung up on me!" Stella emphasized 'hung up'.
"Oh." Bloom stated bracing herself for what was to come next. "Maybe he was busy," Bloom shrugged.
"BUSY?!" Stella grabbed a chair next to her and threw it on the ground.
"Calm down Stella it's not that bad." Bloom stated, hoping to reason with her.
"Well, maybe we could go shopping." Stella said.
"Well, maybe Brandon hung up on you because he had low battery on his phone. Maybe there was a bad signal." Bloom suggested.
"It doesn't matter." Stella said.
"Of course it matters, you threw a chair!" Bloom's anger was arising but she calmed it down.
"It doesn't matter because I'm going to Red Fountain now anyway. Want to come?"
"Yeah sure."
