David rode the man's car , the man drove to the police station ,when they arrived ,the man told David to go to ask for officer 12's office in the second floor
David ran towards the office as fast as he can ,when he arrived ,the officer looked at him asking " are you Mr. David miller ? " yes ,I'm sir " David said
" sit down please " the officer said
David sat on that black couch near the officer disk
" sir ,could you please tell me what's going on with my son Kevin " David said
" today there was a fire in the sugar factory where your son work ,your son is a very good strong guy ,he helped all the worker to get out of the factory in save ,but your son couldn't ,he breathed a lot of that dirt air ,he couldn't move ,we found he's body charred when we extinguished the fire ,I'm so sorry " the officer said
" No " David said
" I'm so sorry sir " the officer said
David cried and he almost lost his control on himself
" ok ,I'll ask a driver for a taxi car to send you back to your home ,just calm down " the officer said

when David entered the house ,Paul and jack were playing with a ball ,jack throw the ball towards his father , " hey David ...catch this "
David were frozen for a few seconds ... " he's dead " David said
" who ? " Paul asked
" Kevin .... the fire in his work killed him " David said
Paul ,Jack and Kat were in shocked ,none of them were ready to hear news like this after Mary killed , Kevin was the power for this family ,and now each one of them know that this family is broken and it can be the same anymore
David stood in his bed for days ,then he woke up to see his son Jack has left his school ,Paul spending the nights outside the house ,and Kat studying for her school
when he woke up he found Kat sitting near him
" what are you doing here ? " David said
" I needed a quiet place to study " Kat answered
" you're only in the first grade you don't need to study .... leave me alone " David said
" ok " Kat said closing the door room behind her
David closed his eyes ,and fall in a deep sleep again

when David woke up ,it was three a. m ,he left his bed and his room to check out his boys ,but the surprise where when David didn't find Jack and Paul in their beds ,they weren't in the house for the first place
David woke Kat up
" where are your brothers ? " David said
" I don't know ,they haven't sleep at home from a long time ago " Kat said
" why you didn't tell me ..... your brothers could be in problem right now " David said
" I'm sorry .... but Paul told me to not weak you up ,he said you need some rest " Kat said
" just ...please ... stop , did any of them said something before they leave " David asked
" No " Kat answered

David walked away ,Kat followed him to the living room
" since how long I've been sleeping ? " David asked
" since three days ago " Kat answered
" don't you have a school tomorrow ? " David asked
" yea " Kat answered
" then go to sleep " David said
Kat walked for a few steps
" oh ,before you go ,bring for me a cup of water " David said
Paul opened the door house ,David heard the door opening so he walked towards the door to see who was that
" where were you? " David asked
" I was .. " Paul said
" give me the money " David said
" what money? " Paul asked
" the money that you took from my pocket ,you left for me only ten dollars ,and there was a hundred " David said angry
" I didn't take all that money ,yes I took twenty dollars but I'll never do this to you dad " Paul said
" give me my money or leave my house " David said
" ok fine ,I'll give you everything I have ,here's a hundred dollar and three dollar for being a good father to me " Paul said throwing the money on his father
" this family is suck " Paul said throwing the cup that was in Kat's hand
when David turn his back to the door ,Jack came
" and where have you been ?,this is not a hotel Jack " David said
" I was in my friend's house " Jack said
" what's that smell ? were you smoking ? " David said getting angrier than ever
" chill out David ....it's the fashion for this year " Jack said
" go to your room right now ,and I don't want to see that junk in your mouth again " David said
" ok ............. goodnight " Jack said going to his room
" you too Kat ,go to sleep " David said

David's life changed a lot ,he lost his control on his sons ,none of them listen to their father ,David had to come back to the job that he always hated , but he had to make money for food and paying the bills ,but that wasn't enough ,Jack always taking his father's hard work for drugs and cigarettes with his young gang

after six years ,the things started to be worse for Jack's life ,he lost himself with the drugs ,he started selling and buying large amounts of drugs without thinking what will happen to him ,he just wanted money and live happy for the rest of his life ,David know that ,he tried to stop him but Jack doesn't listen to anybody ,so David left him with his gang and he never talked to him
one day ,Jack took what he deserves

Kat made the breakfast for her father and brother before they go to their job
Paul and David were sitting on the table when Jack came to have his breakfast
" good morning David " Jack said sitting on his chair
" Paul give me some bread " David said ignoring Jack
" fine don't talk to me ,it's your fault ...... Kat bring for me some bread " Jack said screaming
" go and bring one by your own ... this is our food " Paul said
" shut up Paul .... this is my money too ,I can take whatever I want ... dad say something ,Paul being so annoying to me " Jack said
" Jack have your breakfast and get out of my house " David said without looking at Jack
felt angry ,he took his jacket and walked towards the door ,slapping the door with his strong hands ,it felt like the house has been explodes
