Let's say your walking down the street and you see a girl on the other side of the road.Looks like a sweetheart or a nice person wearing a light green sundress. At first glance you don't give the girl a second thought but if you looked more closely you would have seen the biker boots and the heavy jewelery. And yet her face and her dress looked like sunshine.
You may think the girl weird or strange but that's just how she dress. Though you don't have the guts to go up and ask her about it. Why? Because it's rude to ask why she dresses like that and you just want to keep on going to your destination.
So you shake your head and walk on. Later your suprised to think of that strange girl from the street. You wonder why you can't stop thinking of her. Maybe it's because she looked so out of place, so different that you thought of her. Who wouldn't stop and think of someone with a different sense of things?
Or someone who's just different in the way you see people that they make you stop and think. Stop and think about the girl in the sundress and biker boots. When you see something new it catches your eye. It's like when tv turned from black and white to color, it opened your inner eye. Your eye of creativeness.
So the next time you see the girl in the sundress and biker boots you smile warmly at her, as if she's an old friend. And she smiles back just as warmly, as if your sharing a secret.
You both make your way to the bus but you let her get on first and she thanks you in a warm, bubbly voice.
As you get on she finds a seat and offers the seat next to her and this time you thank her.
You both introduce yourself and shake hands. You find out her name is Corrie. And just like that you've gained a new friend, the girl in the sundress and biker boots.
