Re the 6x2 promo: I was just wondering this the other day - when exactly did Elena fall in love with Damon? Is it possible even to pinpoint a moment? It sounds like Alaric needs to find a moment like this so he can erase him from Elena's memory. Anyone else hope this will be an "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" situation, where she just can't erase him from her mind no matter how hard she tries? Posted over a year ago

Like I said before, falling in love is a process (especially for Delena and their slow build up). But they perhaps only look for the initial spark. Anyway, I think that this storyline is there to make Elena (and the others) realize that she fell in love with Damon way before she thought that she did (“the scared little girl that couldn’t admit what she wanted”). over a year ago

I think when elena truly 100% fell in love with damon whas season 3 the hotel scene. I think she had strong feelings for him in season 2 but I don't think she actually fell in love with him till that scene:) over a year ago

maybe she realized it the minute he touched her hand and it scared the shit out of her and that's why she had to run out but then of coarse gave in to the all consuming feelings she was having. as far as i'm concerned thursday can't get here fast enough! over a year ago
