I just had this crazy idea - In the next months, I'll write a series of 8 articles (well, I'll continue only if you like them, of course). The first 7 articles will be about separate aspects of the DP movies (Score, princess, couple, screenplay, villain, sidekicks and animation/art), and in the final article I'll make the average of the grades I gave the movies in each aspect and make my favorite DP Movies list = )

The first article is about the scores! Enjoy =D BTW, all the pictures I used feature my favorite song from each movie.

10. Cinderella - 7,0

It sure has a lot of nice songs – My favorite one is “A Dream is a Wish your Heart Makes”. “So this is love” and “Cinderella” are very nice too. But the rest of the songs feel more like a childish album and don’t have much of a message or big importance in the screenplay – I personally don’t understand why “Bibidi bobidi boo” got an Oscar nomination. Plus, it sounds considerably dated.

9. Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs - 7,75

Just like Cinderella, this movie has a couple of nice songs, including one of Disney’s sweetest love songs, but most of them are childish. However, there is a very likeable childish score in the movie, during Snow White’s dance with the dwarfes. This song fills my bedroom with joy whenever I watch the movie. The instrumental opening of the movie is very epic too.

8. Mulan - 8,0

I honestly don’t know who composed this score, but I have to say that the person did quite a good job. I mean, out of all the DP movies, this is the one where the songs were harder to fit in, due to its chinese setting and deep story, and though the job was well-done, it’s still one of Disney’s weakest scores. The solo song of the princess is short and unmemorable, but 2 following songs make up to it: “A Girl Worth Fighting For” and specially “I’ll make a man out of you”.

7. Aladdin - 8,75

Aladdin’s score has 2 main problems: The first one is that most of the songs are made to sound funny, and end up not being as memorable as most of Disney’s songs (in the case of “Prince Ali” and “A Friend Like Me”). The second one is that after great villain songs in THE LITTLE MERMAID and BEAUTY AND THE BEAST it is pretty disappointing that the movie’s villain only sings 2 or 3 lines. Other than that, it’s a score full of joy, sustained by “A Whole New World”, one of the best songs of all time.

6. Sleeping Beauty - 9,0

This ballet-inspired score is glorious, and I would have ranked it even higher if it worked well as a movie score as it does as a piece of art. The biggest problem is that most of the songs are sang by chorus and the only memorable one is Once Upon a Dream (one of the best love songs from the cinema). However, it has some of Disney’s best instrumental pieces.

5. Tangled - 9,1

Its score is great as a whole, but individually, as brilliant as they are, the songs can’t compare to past Disney classics. “When will my life begin” can’t compare to “Part of your World”, “I See the Light” is a poor follow-up to “Beauty and the Beast”, “Kiss the Girl” and “A Whole New World” and “Mother Knows Best” isn’t as good as “Poor Unfortunate Souls” and “Friends of the other Side”. However, the movie’s songs are good enough to provide one of DP movie's best scores.

4. Pocahontas - 9,25

Every single song in this movie is fulfilled with tons of energy, mostly because of Pocahontas’ voice – That is noticeable whenever she sings – Just Around the Riverbend, Colors of the Wind and specially in the impressive final musical number – Savages. One of the problems of this movie is that its score is way better than the movie itself – Mine, mine, mine, for example, is too good to be sang by such a poor villain like Ractiffle. The instrumental score in the end of the movie always gives me chills.

3. The Princess and the Frog - 9,3

Maybe this one is lower in most people’s lists, but I have a personal attachment to some songs of this movie. “Almost There” feels like me singing about my hard work to achieve my dreams, while I feel like Tiana while she’s trying to get to the restaurant during “Down in New Orleans”. I also feel like its reprise could be the theme of my happy ending too. Putting that beside, we have to assume that all the songs have great quality (after all, it was the first DP movie since Aladdin to have more than one song nominated in the Oscars). The biggest problem are the sidekicks songs, all disposable.

2. Beauty and the Beast - 9,75

This score has the charm of Sleeping Beauty, but it manages to be catchy and memorable at the same time. It’s epic and gives the movie the musical feeling it’s famous for. The songs even manage to fix some holes in the plot – In the case of “Something There” and “Beauty and the Beast” itself. In fact, I feel that if we took away music from all the DP movies, this one would be the most affected. There’s not one single song I dislike and it has a lot of instrumental tunes too.

1. The Little Mermaid - 10,0

This score reaches the deepest feelings from my heart – Both in instrumental moments and during Part of your world – which is my all-time favorite song. It is filled with joy, in momments like Kiss the Girl and Under the Sea. And the surprising is that even managing to do this, all the songs have an important function in the story. Poor unfortunate souls was the song that introduced Villain Songs in Disney, and I still think that “Gaston” or any other villain song made aftewards is able to reach its level.

Leave a comment = ) Hope you enjoyed!

Frozen is a 2013 animated Disney film that has become slightly popular if you consider slightly popular to mean a worldwide hit beloved by millions of people. It has become 1 of the most popular animated films ever made as well as the most successful in theaters. Because of all that there's several people that think the film is overrated as well as people who thinks it's 1 of the best films ever made. This film is about what I think of the film.

Plot/Writing

People say that the film is about the 2 main women (Anna and Elsa). Frozen is actually about several different things. There's Anna and...

Good day, everyone! I decided to write my opinion about each princess( except Moana because I didn't watch the movie and have personal reasons not to watch it, sorry). It would be difficult for me to rank all princesses so I'll give you only my TOP-4. The rest won't be ranked, just characterised by me. Please, respect my opinion and don't write angry comments.

The princesses who are not in my TOP-4 ( random order) and why

Elsa

Elsa is relatable but I prefer admirable princesses to relatable ones. I really dislike Let it Go and its message, I really dislike Elsa's Snow Queen outfit and overall...

I'll never forgot the memories I had with it till day I die.
Today is the third Sunday of a new school year, which is exactly three years sine I became a fan of Frozen. As a result, I wanted to celebrate it, by writing down my entire history regarding this movie, and how it changed my life, forever.

Now, I will only write down the parts where it impacted me, and how it changed me.

Before we start, wanted to put a disclaimer that this article will get personal, and even kind of depressing in some parts. Also, if you read my previous articles, then you're mostly familiar with my history. The majority of this article will include things I've already said...

Note: Frozen is not owned and created by me.

A year after they had a prank battle at a faraway city Anna and Elsa were at the same city again. They did some more trade business.

Princess Anna said "Do you remember the last time we were here?"

Queen Elsa said "Of course. It was a only a year ago."

Anna giggled and said "It was fun."

Elsa said "But we got chased by bees and lost our pants."

Anna said "Yeah. That was a great day."

Elsa said "Well I'm glad that the Duke of Weselton isn't here this time."

The Duke of Weselton said "I'm here this time." The Duke saw Anna and Elsa and said "It's time for...

Note: Frozen and Space Ghost are not owned and created by me. This is a article for this website and Fanfiction.net.

Anna walked to the living room and said "Elsa did you hear the news?"

Elsa replied "Yeah. There are reports of a villain from space nearby."

Anna stated "We better find out what that villain is up to." Elsa agreed.

Anna and Elsa changed into their super hero costumes. They were shirtless and pantless like Captain Underpants. They only wore underclothes, a cape, and boots. Anna's costume was pink and Elsa's was light blue.

Anna (Super Chocolate Lover) and Elsa (Super Icicles) went...

Princess Anna tap danced into the living room. Anna said "Elsa I have exciting news."

Queen Elsa said "Oh dear."

Anna said "Elsa why can't you have a more excited reaction to good news?"

Elsa said "Because your exciting news tends to be more scary than fun."

Anna sighed and said "This news is fun. Lex Luthor is working on a business deal nearby."

Elsa said "Oh no. He's a dangerous business man."

Anna happily said "He sure is. He will probably do evil scheme that will get our city in danger which means Superman...

Note: Captain Underpants and Frozen are not owned and created by me. This is a story for Fanpop and Fanfiction.net.

Professor Poopypants and the Duke of Weselton were tired of losing all the time so they decided to team up.

Professor Poopypants said "This is going to be our biggest victory yet."

The Duke of Weselton said "I agree."

The 2 villains laughed and started attacking Principal Krupp's school. Professor Poopypants said "I will get my revenge on the silly school."

Principal Krupp angrily said "How many times do I have to remind you that no villains are allowed to take over the school?"

Elsa said "Oh no."

Anna said "I said good news. You should be saying yay."

Elsa said "Yay."

Anna said "A fellow super hero wants to meet us. Come on."

Elsa said "Okay."

Anna and Elsa went to their hero cave and put on their costumes. They wore underclothes, a mask, cape, and boots. The only difference between Anna and Elsa's costumes is that Anna's is pink and Elsa's is blue.

Elsa said "I feel silly dressed like this."

Anna said "You should be proud. We are about to meet the super hero...

Hello Belle, we meet again!
Hello Belle, we meet again!
Hi guys, since I had already written my review as well as comparing both the 1991 and the 2017 versions. Here are my personal dislikes on the live action reboots as well as a number of things that I was not happy about the film, ready?

The Beast's Appearance

After reading many of the reviews and people on forums regarding the beast's appearance, I have to agree. He doesn't look very beastly enough, he looks more like a monkey with a goat's horns and a body of a bear! This is the main reason why I wasn't very happy at all, I prefer his 1991 animated appearance, with the exception of his human...

I would like to write 2 new songs from 2017 reboot of the 1991 classic and the reasons why I love them, here we go!

Evermore

I first heard Josh Groban's rendition of this wonderful song, he nailed the song perfectly and I heard it played twice at the lobby at my hotel in Hanoi, Vietnam on way back to the airport twice.
Initially, I thought he was going to dub Dan Stevens, until I heard the latter. Prompting me to surprise and that he followed his Downton Abbey costar, Lily James who played the title character in the 2015 reboot of Cinderella.

How Does A Moment Last Forever?

Upon listening to this song by Celine Dion, I felt that this song really suits my personality as well as my relationship with my family.
I love how Maurice sang a short reprise at the beginning, it really explores his character more. This is something that I really cherish!

Which Way?

So, which of these 2 songs are your favourites?
Hello!
Hello!
Hi guys, this article is the perfect dancing music for the princesses. Ranging from the Renaissance to the Victorian Era, ready?

1. Bergamasca (Marco Ucellini)

This music will be best, especially for the 3 classical princesses. It is very gentle and smooth when they dance with their princes.

2. Johann Strauss II's Waltzes

In fact, many of his waltz are quite popular and it would definitely be popular among the princesses themselves.

3. Joseph Lanner's Die Schonbrunner Waltz

Initially, I thought that it was compose by Strauss, but it is actually his rival Joseph Lanner.

4. Frederick Chopin's Waltz Music

I also love his music, his waltz is also another favourite for the Disney Princesses themselves.

A Toast!

Do you agree with my choice, if you do go ahead and listen to them.

The Brothers Grimm
The Brothers Grimm
Since I had written Hans Christian Andersen, now it is his German counterparts. The Brothers Grimm, I know that many of their stories are dark and sinister. But, I'm sure that Disney will know how to handle it!

1) The Twelve Brothers

Okay, this story is quite similar to the Wild Swans. It also has a happy ending and I kind of feel bad for the girl during the majority of the story.

2) Rumpelstiltskin

I bet you all know the story, and it was my favourite story of all times since I was young. The ending has several different versions, so it's up to Disney to decide!

3) The Brave Little Tailor

In Europe and since the last two years also Australia is an annual event, named Eurovision Songcontest. In the Eurovision Songcontest, countries send in a singer of group who sing their own song of a song that's made for them. If a song is agreeded door the jury, the song joins a semi-final. In the semi-final the jury and the vieuwers vote for the best act. If a song is in the top ten, it joins the final.

Okay, that was the explanation of the Eurovision Songcontest. What I want with this is a Songcontest with Disney songs on Fanpop. First, users on fanpop add songs door the 'question' u may...
