Ok, I'm pretty sure everyone knows by now that I'm not a huge Frozen fan! And I love ranting and having debates, so how about we do a debate again? (I know that they're going on in the forum section but I'm going to do an article because I don't want to differ from what they're talking about now.) this time, instead of talking about just Anna, Elsa, the parents, and the trolls, how about we talk about the positives and negatives of this movie?

How about I start with the positive section. There's got to be at least something I like about this movie, right?

The Positives

1.The Animation!
Ok, as most of you know, I have tons of problems with this movie, but the animation is not one of them! The animation is fantastic. Specific parts, like when Elsa builds the ice castle, are absolutely stunning. I really like how the characters look, I love the expressions they make, and I feel like they have great designs, although Anna and Elsa's look similar. I really enjoy the animation as a whole. It feels ALIVE, like somebody is actually building a real castle, right in front of you. Just, stunning. Overall, the animation is amazing and it's my favorite computer animated Disney Princess movie animation.

You want me to be honest? That's all the positives I've got.

The Negatives

1.The Plot-Line
*spoliers*
Ok, so let's see. The plot-line is..
A girl who has ice powers is isolated from the world because of her parents fear that they created a monster. 3 years after their parents die the oldest sister has her coronation while the youngest sister finds a man she wants to marry even though she JUST met him, but then the oldest sister accidentally reveals her ice powers and runs away, causing an eternal winter. The youngest sister goes off to rescue her (in her dress, what the heck Anna? There's snow and ice everywhere!) and she meets up with a person who sells ice. Anna basically BUYS her way up to him by practically BRIBING him. After that, they head off on an adventure, Kristoff's sled breaks (and if course Anna buys her way up to him again by promising a new sled.) they meet a snowman that's alive that the oldest sister created when she is about to build her ice castle, then they see the sister, Anna gets her upset, and they're forced off. Hans comes and locks the sister up, Anna's heart is frozen, they go to the trolls and it turns out they need a true loves kiss, and they go to find Hans. Then it turns out Hans was a villain all along (yeah right, they just changed it at the last moment.) and he locks Anna up. After he locks Anna up, Olaf helps Anna get out, and then they find Elsa. Hans is about to kill Elsa when Anna sacrifices herself for her sister, Anna is frozen, and Elsa hugs her and she melts. Then Elsa SUDDENLY learns the key to melting stuff, love. (Couldn't it be something else?) everybody is happy.

It was awful. It was AWFUL.
I hated the entire plot line.
I had a lot of issues with the plot line.
Let's start off with the beginning, I've already talked about Elsa's parents, the abuse, all that.
Now on to Anna and Hans' marriage. So Anna meets a good looking guy, and falls in love. They sing a song, and ask the queen for her blessing. In the end, Anna learns that you shouldn't marry a man you just met. WHAT?! THAT was her lesson?! Even a little kid knows you can't just sing a song with somebody and immediately marry him! What the heck type of lesson was that even supposed to be?! Anna also NEVER develops throughout the plot. In the end, she's exactly the same person she was in the beginning. She's still an awkward, annoying, immature, annoyance. She learned what has to be the stupidest lesson of all time, and even though the real message was about sisterly love, Anna still seems to treat Elsa more like a friend then her sister in the end. The whole plot line just bothers me so much!

2. The Characters
Well obviously they have to be on this list.
Anna: I really dislike her because she's annoying and I also don't think she really ever learned anything. Just like I mentioned before. She never develops. Take Rapunzel for example. Rapunzel starts out as a scared little girl, but develops over time, and she has that scene where she finally stands up to Mother Gothel. She's not desperate for attention either. She actually MAKES USE of what she has, which is something Anna DOES NOT do! Anna just sits around bored when she could be doing anything else! Have you seen the castle she lives in? It's huge! She has a huge castle to explore, play in, do stuff in, and there's probably much more to do then that as well!
Elsa: I honestly don't blame Elsa for much. What her parents have done to her is traumatizing. But after her parents die, she still can't talk to Anna, that annoys me, but it's honestly Anna's fault. She asks Elsa all the time, and every time she does it, it brings up all of Elsa's memories. It annoys me. Anna was 5 when Elsa is locked in her room, and when Anna is 18, she's still knocking on her door. If Elsa doesn't want to come out, then LEAVE HER ALONE ANNA!
Kristoff: I personally don't care for Kristoff.
Olaf: I mostly despise Olaf for two reasons. One, he's just merchandising. There's a difference between merchandising and comic relief. Comic relief is ACTUALLY FUNNY, and people like them because of that. Merchandising is usually a made up creature that kids love, and they use it to make parents buy those toys for their kids. My second problem with Olaf is his voice. I find it extremely annoying and irritating.
Sven: Dint really care for him either.

Well, those are my positives and negatives of the movie. I have a lot of issues with the movie, and I really have a neutral (and possible dislike) of this movie.
What do you think about the movie?
What do you think some of the positives and negatives are?
Let me know in the comments! :D

My Princess Life.
My Princess Life.
I was so inspired by 3 users before me, so here we go!

I'll Changed My Name to....

It would definitely be Aurora, because I love Latin names so she is the perfect choice for me. (Runner-up: Jasmine)

My Parents

Maurice and Tiana's parents! Both of us love IT gadgets, especially DSLR cameras, Apple products and laptops. I also want to be independent as well and I'm glad he's very supportive of Belle despite not having a motherly love for her!
Secondly, I choose Tiana's parents because they're also very supportive! (Runner-up: The Sultan of Agrabah)

My Siblings

Definitely Belle, because we love...

Hi guys, since Moana will be coming to Malaysia on Boxing Day this year. Here are my thoughts and expectations on why I'm so looking forward towards the movie!

The Story-Line

I hope that the story will not be like Frozen and I would expect something very original, and from what I heard is that Moana is not going to get a love interest like Merida and Elsa before her.

The Characters

Speaking of the characters, I hope that Moana is not going to be like a carbon copy of Merida from Brave. If she was, I would be surprise and all that! But I just hope that she's not going to be like a spoiled brat...

After reading link, I wanted to write one of the quick one for myself as well. It's really fun. So here's my borrowing from Disney Princess lives.

1. If I could change my name, who would it be of?

Elinor: I think it's regal and sound very beautiful as well. It comes from French origin word "Eleanor" which means bright, shining one.

2. Who would I want for my parents?
James and Eudora - they are the most supportive parents I have come across in Disney. They give their child abundant love, attention and care. And also believed in their child's dreams.

3. Who'd I want as my sibling?...

A Disney Tale: A young princess narrowly avoids death on the command of her evil stepmother. She shacks up with a group of mining dwarves but the stepmother finds her and puts her to sleep with a poisoned apple. The dwarves put her inside a glass coffin until a prince comes and kisses her, releasing her from the spell to live happily ever after.

Disney Heroine: Snow White is the first Disney princess, but having viewed this around the same time as Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty (my daughter is going through a Disney Princess phase) I would argue that those princesses are what we think of when...

The one that started it all!
The one that started it all!
Finally, after my European coverage made it to the front page of Fanpop. Here are the delegates from the Americas and my final opinion on my favourite Let It Go rendition!

English (Voice Actress: Idina Menzel)

The original version that started it all! I started to know Idina in Disney's Enchanted and from what I've heard is that there was a 'deleted' song written especially for her in that movie, I was really disappointed that it did not make it to the final cut.
Then, my younger brother got the original Broadway cast of Wicked and I was blown away by Idina's rendition of Defying Gravity and...

My top favorite princess has got to be Elsa. I love her so much because of her ice powers and popularity. In every store I go to I see something Frozen. I like that a lot. That is why I love Elsa. Also, The colors in the movie along with the graphics are amazing because it looks so realistic. It is also amazing how Elsa's ice palace looks so cool and fits with her. It's just amazing. All of the other princesses are good too but elsa is the best one and the most powerful. I hope you all subscribe! And make sure you visit my page!

So, I saw that there were a lot of "getting to know you" articles, so I decided to make one myself!

My name is Molly. I live in the Midwestern United States, which I am proud of. We Midwesterners are tough! We can get a huge thunderstorm or lots of snow and be like, "No big deal. We get this all the time!"

I am in advanced classes at school and usually get straight A's. My favorite classes are.... pretty much all of them, except P.E and art! (I love art, but I don't really enjoy the activities in art class, and my fellow students act very immature in those classes.) I realize I sound like a...

Then, all of the other princesses and Dee Dee arrive. Including Prince Kit and the live-action Aurora, they greet each other. Dee Dee and the princesses want to get to know the 3 of them, they talk about their love for Malaysian culture.
Afterwards, Ella asks Dee Dee "Hi Dee Dee, I heard from my animated counterpart that the annual coronation ball is coming, she wants us to be crown. Could you do the honour of crowning us?" Dee Dee looks forward and excited, that she replied "Sure, I'll tell the others-" then her iPhone rang.
This number is a foreign number, "hello?" answers Dee Dee, "hello...

Hey, guys. I'm Frozengirl11 and I joined Fanpop this month when I was browsing Google for a picture for an Art project...it was Elsa I was looking for. I found a pic of Elsa when she was transforming into the Snow Queen and I saw the website fanpop.com. I went to the page and I saw so many things, that I decided to make an account. I decided to do an article so that all of my 39 to hopefully 40 fans can get to know me better, as well as the members of the Disney Princess Fan Club. Hope you all enjoy this and feel free to comment on my article!!

My Original Thoughts

I absolutely loved Ariel. I can't really go in depth about it, because when I first saw it, I was really little. (Prolly about 5 or 6) But my feelings were pretty straightforward: she was a MERMAID & was pretty & a unique princess. I mean, I kinda wanted to be her. Who wouldn't want to live under the sea? I never really understood why she wanted be a human, though, because a mermaid was freaking amazing in my mind! Something...

As the sun settled down into the sky, Ariel watched as steam poured out of the crock-pot the cook was using. It made a popping noise once in awhile from all the boiling it was doing, which made her jump. She was curious, and wanted to ask what made it do that. But, she couldn't. Not after she gave her voice away. She touched her throat a bit, until someone pulled on her back. She turned her head to see the maid, short and plump, grumpy faced.
"You should be getting ready! Dinner's only in less than thirty minutes."
Ariel had a strong urge to fight back and tell her she couldn't boss her around...

Merida tossed and turned in her sleep. Flashbacks of that dreadful day had entered her mind. She was standing in her castle in front of Rapunzel and The Queen and Princess of Arendelle arguing. Suddenly, The Queen lost control and unleashed her powers. "ELSA, NO!" Anna cried out. But it was too late. Fergus was turned to frozen stone.

Merida let out a faint and brief scream as she sat up with a fright. She looked around and saw she was in the log cottage on the Jamestown territory. "Oh... Just a nightmare." Merida said to herself. She then heard both John and Shang snoring softly. Shang was...
