Hello everyone! Sorry the article is so late getting up this year. I was busy with the holidays, then work and then I got sick. It just seemed like one thing after another kept coming up. So again, I apologize, and at least it's up now.

Anyway, before we get started let me give you a brief run down of the Meet the DP Fans articles, in case you happen to new to the club and/or unfamiliar with them. These articles have been done in past by a few other users to showcase some of the current Disney Princess fans. Now, obviously, there are many other members in this club, besides the ones listed here, but it would be pretty much impossible to include everyone in the list (for various reasons). But anyway, each person involved is listed according to their favorite princess, and there is a short summary of that person, so we can all get to know each other a little bit better.

Snow White's Fans

A Fanpopper since august 2008, cruella is one of the experienced Fanpoppers on this spot. Like her favorite Princess, Snow White, cruella is sweet and is nothing like her famous Disney namesnake. ;) Cruella has a strong opinion on several Disney Characters and is not afraid to voice them. She has run the Meet the Disney Princess Fans activity since 2017, operating the forum and working hard on the articles. She has written the 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 articles on the DP Fans. This latest one, 2021, is her 5th one(!) :D I'm so greatful for her hard work and for keeping this series going. A great Fanpopper allround.

PrueFever has been with us for several years now, and the whole time he’s been a member of Fanpop he’s remained quite a passionate fan of The Little Mermaid. While he adores Ariel, his favorite character from the film is actually Ursula/Vanessa. He’s very knowledgable about many Disney movies and characters, and can answer just about any trivia question that you ask him.

If I could write a whole thing about this girl, I would. She isn't afraid to go after what she believes in and step outside her comfort zone. She doesn't bluff. Underneath those rough edges is a compassionate person who will always be there for you and pick you up when you've fallen down. She's the definition of that expression Diamond In The Rough, and I'm proud to call her on of my friends.

Elsafan1010 is a positive member of the Disney Princess fan club, as well as other clubs on this site. She is a fan of Disney, and as her name suggests, she a HUGE fan of Elsa. Though I don’t know her directly, we have held some private conversations through PM. I can tell you without a doubt that she’s extremely kind, polite and caring. I bonded with Elsafan fairly immediately, because we both are fans of Elsa and also love fanfiction. Additionally, I have to say that Elsafan and I have several similarities. Also, her articles are awesome. They are always so thoughtfully written, and I love to comment on them. The best part, is that she uses some of my suggestions in her articles. Elsafan is a hidden treasure I found in this club!

Ever since I've been out of that tower and crowned princess, I've dreamed of marrying Eugene. Well, I asked my parents about it, and they said I can marry him only if I get educated. Author's Note: The basic plot of this story is that all the princesses live in kingdoms surrounding each other, and all the villains band together to start a man-made sort of apocalypse that the princesses and some of the princes/sidekicks have to band together to save their kingdoms. Sort of a twisted fairytale sort of thing, but a bit more light. It's complicated.

P/VOTM: Why we love Maleficent

Not too many people submitted why they love Maleficent so I apologize for this short article

I love how she's so evil she doesn't hesitate to curse a baby just because she wasn't invited to a party. She's even so petty and evil that when it looks like she might win she creates a wall of thorns and becomes a dragon just so Aurora won't wake up -BB2010

Her character design is great, Eleanor Audley is perfect for the role, she is intimidating yet elegant and has some pretty cool powers (including being able to turn into a dragon). -LMH5113
